At The Sink Shop Ltd we do not use intentionally the online ordering system as favoured by many of our competitors, it is our preferred option to talk to our customers on a personal basis, giving us the opportunity to discuss with the customer, at the time of enquiry, the suitability of the requested product, together with stock availability and delivery.

Using direct contact with our customers reduces the possibility of the customer ordering the wrong product * and therefore less chance of returns and handling charges imposed on the customer, plus, the customer knows within a few minutes what is available and when they can have it delivered. *(haven’t we all seen the queues at the returns desk at the Giant DIY Stores)

Ordering from The Sink Shop Ltd is relatively easy, just pick up the phone and speak to one of our knowledgeable staff. We will check stock availability and delivery.

Deciding on the product to purchase is another matter and not so easy.

We have tried to make our site easy to use, using the same format throughout.

We have given the options of viewing by manufacturers name, but in case these names mean nothing to you, we have shown the manufacturers range of products in thumbnail form in block – At a Glance.
